“JePPIX: Generic Foundry for InP and SiN Photonic Integrated Circuits” – Presented by Valentina Moskalenko, JePPIX, at Photonic Integration Conference, Sep 27, 2016, at High Tech Campus Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
The presentation will introduce generic integration platform offered by JePPIX. We will present fabless model which allows to reduce the entry costs of a PIC prototype via participation in multiproject wafer runs down to a level that is affordable for many SMEs and universities. The talk will be focused on design process cycle and possibilities provided by InP and SiN generic platforms.
About Valentina Moskalenko
Valentina Moskalenko received her Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering department of Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands in 2016, on research dedicated to integrated short-pulse laser systems. Currently she is working as JePPIX coordinator as well as PICs engineer in Bright Photonics.
About JePPIX
JePPIX assists organizations to get access to advanced fabrication facilities for PICs. JePPIX aims at low-cost development of PICs using generic foundry model, and rapid prototyping via Multi-Project Wafer runs. We closely collaborate with Europe’s key players, including manufacturing, packaging photonic CAD software partners, R&D labs and PICs design houses.
Please tell me the detailed explanation of design flow of generic photonic ICS .
Can u please help me out in that .
If u have flowchart then please provide .
Dear Pankaj, as conference organisers we can’t help you with such detailed explanations. We are waiting for you at the conference on Sep 26. Maybe you can find something useful in the presentations at the 2015 edition https://www.phiconference.com/presentations-to-download/
